DMCA Policy

Dramify respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Dramify service.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through Dramify infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail to allow us to locate the material (e.g., title of the series, episode number, or URL).
- Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. How to Submit a Notice
Send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent:

Please include "DMCA Takedown Request" in the subject line.
3. Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 24-48 hours
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
- Notify the content provider or uploader of the takedown
- Maintain records of the notice and our response
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court and will accept service of process from the complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
5. Repeat Infringers
Dramify maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
6. Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages.
