Welcome to Dramify. By accessing or using the Dramify application ("App") and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dramify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Dramify reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Dramify is a mobile entertainment platform that provides access to short-form drama series. The Service includes free content, premium content accessible through virtual coins or VIP subscriptions, and related features such as daily check-ins, missions, and referral programs.

3. User Accounts

You may use Dramify as a guest or create an account via Google, Apple, or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Virtual Currency (Coins)

  • Coins are virtual tokens used to unlock individual episodes within the App.
  • Coins can be earned through daily check-ins, completing missions, watching rewarded ads, and participating in the referral program.
  • Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
  • Abuse of the coin system (including multi-accounting, automated scripts, or exploitation of bugs) may result in account suspension.

5. VIP Subscriptions

  • VIP subscriptions provide unlimited access to all content and an ad-free experience.
  • Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content available through Dramify, including but not limited to video, images, text, and graphics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Interfere with the Service's security features
  • Share your account credentials with third parties

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and any virtual coins or progress may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dramify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
